Product Description

APPLICATION
HBDA68 series, with one movable table placed in between 2 sets of CNC table type horizontal milling and boring machines. Two independent systems of saddle, column, headstock, cooling unit, auto lubrication and chip conveyor are at both sides of the table, with machine spindles in symmetrical arrangement Machining could be carried out simultaneously at both sides of the job. The machine can carry out boring, drilling, tapping, groove milling, plane milling, etc. for complex parts in one single set-up with high productivity.
The main performance characteristics:

  1. Fundamental parts (bed, column, headstock, ram, etc.) are of high quality cast iron, with resin sand molding and aging treatment. Bed is of closed box structure with reasonable arrangement of reinforcement ribs and multi-point support.
  2. Column adopts integral gantry frame of heat symmetrical structure with reasonable distribution of cavities, with sufficient bending/torsion proof strength to reduce the impact of thermal deformation on the machining accuracy due to temperature change.
  3. Headstock is hanging in the front between the portal frame type columns, of heat-symmetric structure which means less thermal deformation and less thermal impact on working accuracy, With high overall rigidity, good stability and good vibration absorption, it is suitable for heavy cutting.
  4. Spindle bearing adopts imported famous brand high-precision angular contact ball bearing with grease lubrication. Cooling sleeve is adopted for circulate cooling to control the temperature rise of the bearing at high speed, to ensure the spindle stability. Temperature sensor is adopted to measure the temperature of the outer ring of the spindle bearing, with high temperature alarm protection.
  5. X, Y, Z, V adopt high-precision hardened guide way with PTF E coating, of heavy loading capacity, low friction, strong anti- vibration, high positioning accuracy. Guide way pair adopts regular lubrication by gear oil distributor, easy to maintain and reliable in performance.
  6. X, Y, Z, V, W axis adopt preloaded ball screw drive.
  7. Headstock elevation adopts double-screw and double-motor synchronous drive. Headstock balance adopts double screw balancing instead of balance weight. Less weight on moving parts can effectively avoid the impact of heavy balance weight on accuracy during rapid moving. So as to achieve a better dynamic c performance and stable machining accuracy.
  8. Self-diagnostic function, convenient and user friendly operation
  9. Automatic chip removal, tool external cooling, ATC, automat tic attachment change, spindle tool internal cooling and other functional configuration are available per optional order.
