APPLICATION
Zk55 series CNC Gantry movable type multiple-axis milling and drilling machine can be widely applied in pipe hole machining of large sized pipe plate, hole plate, SG flow plate/SG support plate/MSR baffle plate of nuclear island and conventional island. The machine can carry out drilling, rigid tapping, reaming to different metals and alloy, non- ferrous metal, and non-metal material, as well as milling and boring with suitable cutting parameters.
The main performance characteristics:

1. The machine is of gantry movable structure with fixed table. Besides drilling on a plane the machine can also carry out milling.ATC can be adopted.
2. The machine has two spindles with separate independent drive and independent feeding and flexible in control. Spindle can adopt mechanic spindle or electric spindle.
3. Machine adopts SIEMENS CNC system; each feeding axis drive adopts AC servo motor with related speed adjusting and drive. Each feeding axis can adopt optical scale for closed loop control.
