APPLICATION
HBA62 series adopts finite element optimized design, can carry out boring, drilling, tapping, slot milling, plane milling, etc. With functional attachments such as high accuracy CNC rotary table, right angle milling head, the machine can realize 5-surface machining. It is the ideal machine tool for large sized job processing like turbines, generators and heavy machinery in industries such as metallurgy, energy, power, etc.
The main performance characteristics:
- Fundamental parts (bed, column, headstock, etc.) are of high quality cast iron, with resin sand molding and ageing treatment. Bed is of closed box structure, with reasonable arrangement of reinforcement ribs and multi-point support.
- Column adopts integral gantry frame of heat symmetrical structure with reasonable distribution of cavities, with sufficient bending and torsion strength to reduce the impact of thermal deformation on the machining accuracy due to temperature change.
- Headstock is placed between the portal frame type columns s, hanging in the front, of heat-symmetric structure which means less thermal deformation and less thermal impact on working accuracy. With high overall rigidity, good stability and good vibration absorption, it is suitable for heavy cutting.
- Spindle bearing-imported famous brand high-precision angular contact ball bearing with grease lubrication. Cooling sleeve is adopted for circulate cooling to control the temperature rise of the bearing at high speed to ensure the spindle stability. Temperature sensor is adopted to measure the temperature of the outer ring of the e spindle bearing, with high temperature alarm protection.
- X, Y axis adopt high-precision hardened guide way with PTFE coating, of large load-bearing capacity, low friction, strong anti-vibration, high positioning accuracy. Guide way pair adopts regular lubrication by gear oil distributor.
- X axis adopts backlash free double rack and pinion drive. Y/Z axis adopts preloaded ballscrew drive.
- Headstock elevation adopts double screw double motor synchronous drive. Headstock balance adopts double screw balancing instead of balance weight. Less weight on moving parts can effective ly avoid the impact of heavy balance weight on accuracy during rapid moving. So as to achieve a better dynamic performance and stable machining accuracy.
- Self-diagnostic function, convenient and user friendly operation
- Automatic chip removal, tool external cooling, ATC, automatic attachment change, spindle tool internal cooling and other functional configuration are available per optional order.
