APPLICATION
The machine is applied in turning of wheelset flange and tread of wheelset for RD type, RE type and RF type of freight wagons without disassembly of bearing of vehicle.
The main performance characteristics:
Wheelset is positioned by the exterior circle of wheelset bearing. Wheelset rotation is driven by 4 sets c friction drive rollers. Flange and tread are machined by 2 sets of CNC toolheads. Motor of friction drive rollers adopts frequency conversion speed regulator to adjust linear cutting speed of different position: which improves chip breaking condition.
