APPLICATION
The machine is suitable for processing materials such as different ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal, non-metal, etc. lt can carry out turning of inner/exterior cylinder surface, conical surface, end-face, rotary curved face, thread, inner and exterior groove as well as constant speed cuutting.
The main performance characteristics:

1. Machine adopted fixed crossrail gantry structure with high rigidity and stability.
2. Table adopts high accuracy double row roller bearing in radial for centering; in axial pump per pocket hydrostatic· guide way of constant flow s adopted for supporting.
3. Main drive adopts wide field magnet DC motor;2-step mechanic gearbox speed change.
4. Toolhead moves on crossrail, load relief beam is adopted to reduce the bending of crossrail guide way and improve travel accuracy.
5. Toolhead ram travel adopts ballscrew pair transmission; guide way adopts pump per pocket closed type hydrostatic guide way of constant flow.
6. X/Z can adopt optical scale for full closed loop inspection.
7. In table center adopts encoder for constant speed cutting and thread turning
