APPLICATION
ZTK series adopts modular design, with advantages of heavy loading capacity, high accuracy, high efficiency and high automation level. ZTK is mainly applied in rough/finish machining to inner holes of shaft shaped rotary parts which requires high accuracy. It can accomplish turning, deep hole drilling, deep hole boring to various pilot holes. Typical workpieces include marine shaft, steam turbine rotor, engine rotor, hydropower spindle, cast pipe mold.
The main performance characteristics:

1. Headstock is of hydrostatic bearing structure. Drill shaft box is of rolling bearing structure. Both of two step mechanic speed change, driven by DC motor;

1. Front support saddle of drill& bore shaft, saddle of drill shaft box and auxiliary support saddle of drill & bore shaft adopt plastic plate soft belt guideway. Guideway surface of bed has gone through quenching and grinding treatment. Saddle of drill shaft box is driven by AC servo motor through speed reduction unit and rack& pinion. Front support saddle of drill& bore shaft and auxiliary support saddle of drill& bore shaft are driven by AC frequency motor through speed reduction unit and rack& pinion. Drill shaft box can accurately carry out feeding and positioning. Auxiliary support of drill& bore shaft can automatically stay in center;
2. With self-guide oil feeder and vibration reducer adopted, machine can carry out stable drilling and boring with high accuracy;
3. Optional attachments as : Steady rest, drill shaft and boring shaft, etc.
4. Optional CNC system as per selection: SIEMENS, FANUC, REXROTH, etc.
